.... and moved shortly after that to a Yamaha RS100. The Yam lasted for several years and ended quite highly tuned, running a carb from a Suzuki GT250 and nearly capable of reaching the ton, although it did have an appetite for pistons! The Yam was followed by a Suzuki GT250M RamAir that lasted for a few years before being replaced by a GT750L. After a bad prang on the Kettle Kenn aquired a Suzuki GT500 whilst the rebuild went on. The GT500 proved a very trusty workhorse and was used for a great many rallies and won several prizes as a rat bike.

After a few years to trying to make a Triumph 750 Bonnieville reliable Kenn gave up the unequal struggle and bought a new BMW80ST. This did a great many miles all over the UK and Europe, never missing a beat.
