Belle came to Australia with the family
and her fare cost more than that of her owners. She had to stay in quarantine
for 60 days and was exceedingly pleased to see us on the day she was set free.
She took to the life here with great gusto. She loved Foxes Lair and the many
lovely walks in the area.
Belle relocated well here in Australia. she soon got over the trauma of the flight and the quarantine. Her joy at our reunion was overwhelming. She had a happy life in Australia, loved the wonderful walks here and the freedom of a large garden. She loved the grandchildren as they arrived. She was naughty sometimes, when left alone in the house, any food left vulnerable was fair game, but she grew out of this. She was a loving dog and such a companion it was very hard to say goodbye when the time came.
Belle enjoyed a game of tug in the garden & swimming in
the Railway Dams
